Horacio Quiroga was a Uruguayan short-story writer noted for his stories about man and animal, and surviving life in the jungle. Anaconda is his masterpiece. He was brilliant at depicting mental illness and hallucinatory states. He suffered from depression and committed suicide in 1937.

This motorcycle can be seen in Horacio Quiroga´s House in Misiones, Argentina.

  1. Too bad so many parts are missing, Great picture. Am trying to find if any of his work is available in English or French. I would love to read what he wrote. 🙂
