This small chapel is called Santa Rosa de Lima in honor of the village’s homonymous patron saint.

It is located in the village called Santa Rosa de Tastil in Salta, Argentina.

It is a beautiful place in the Quebrada de las Cuevas, almost at the mouth of the Quebrada del Toro, more than 3200 meters above sea level.

It has only 40 inhabitants who work in the local museum, the school and the hostel.

This pre-hispanic village was declared National Heritage site.

  1. Look like a nice and quiet place to live. Maybe too quiet 🙂
