  1. Awe, this picture makes me really sad… I feel like this would be a beautiful place if the doors and windows weren’t covered and there wasn’t any graffiti on the walls… I guess such is life though. Thanks for posting this picture though!

  2. Kyle, I feel the same when I see bricked up windows and doors. But every time I happen to find some, I cannot help photographing them.
    I´ve read that in the past (XVII and XVIII centuries) people bricked up windows to avoid paying window tax. The size of their property was measured by the number of windows.
